Adult Performance Group Sessions - ages 18+
this is a 1½ hour training session designed for adults who desire to train in a more competitive and instructional atmosphere. Adult Performance Sessions are high intensity workouts comprised of learning Olympic movements including both the clean and snatch, as well as utilizing speed and change of direction techniques. The adult performance sessions also include circuit oriented weight training and utilization of implements such as tires, sledgehammers, sleds and ropes. If you are tired of the same old gym routine and are looking for a new way to increase your performance in an energetic environment this is for you. This session is open to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced, open to ages 18 and up.
