Ski Challenge Dry-Land Training
NorthStar Performance is a proud sponsor of The Ski Challenge, and offers a unique opportunity to increase your race performance through ski-specific dry-land training. We have a strong focus on injury prevention and mobility, along with increasing explosiveness, power, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance. We do this through variations of plyometrics, resistance training, and speed work.
All Skill Levels and Ages Welcome!
Do not be intimidated by this style of training! NorthStar Performance has developed this training to accomodate all fitness levels, with the sole purpose to increase race performance, prevent injury, and increase overall health.
Summer Training Schedule (June-August)
Monday and Wednesday nights 5:30-7:00pm
The summer training program is a 2 session per week training package on Monday and Wednesday nights 5:30pm-7:00pm. It is available to all skill levels. The adult price for twice per week is $155 per month and can be found under the "adult Silver Package" on our pricing page.
Fall Training Schedule (Sept-Nov)
Tuesday and Thursday nights 7:00pm-8:30pm
Ski Challenge Training is a 10 week package running from September through the first week in November. Sessions occur on Tuesday and Thursday nights 7:00pm-8:30pm. There are also opportunites for continuing training through the winter and moving into a more advanced training setting.
