High School Elite Group Session - ages 15-18
1½ hour training session made up of a 20 minute active dynamic warm-up promoting increased range of motion and injury prevention, 40 minutes of technically-based speed and change of direction (agility) work, and 30 minutes of explosive, athletically-based resistance training utilizing programming individualized to each athlete’s specific sport.
Junior Performance Group Session - ages 12-14
1½ hour training session beginning with a 20 minute active dynamic warm-up with a focus on motor skill development and increased mobility. Followed by 40 minutes of technically-based instruction in speed and change of direction (agility) training, and 30 minutes of athletically-based and sport specific resistance training.
One-on-one training follows the same structure as the High School Elite Group Session, but is completely customized to accommodate the individual. Programming is designed to increase sports performance specifically to that athlete’s needs.
